The Glenmont Commons Board of Trustees welcomes you to our new website. This website is designed to answer many frequently asked questions, and provide information on all the aspects of Glenmont Commons. Our Townhouse complex of 265 units opened its first phase in 2002, and the last phase was constructed in 2007.

The complex offers a beautiful new pool area. We differ from other Townhouse and Condominium communities because we are a Planned Unit Development, which means each owner owns and is responsible for both the inside and outside of his/her unit (see Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs). This allows us to keep our maintenance at $105 per month.

Glenmont Commons is managed by Cedarcrest Property Management located in Fairfield, NJ–right off of Rt. 46 and minutes from Rt's 80, 3 & 280. Glenmont Commons is a diverse community where all the owners have a common interest in maintaining the beauty and property values of our complex.

At the 3rd traffic light, take jughandle immediately after light
Make a right onto S. Powdermill Rd. and cross over Route 10
At the first Stop Sign, turn Right onto Mountain Way
Make the first Left turn onto Old Dover Road to the entrance of Glenmont Commons
