Railing Issues-Contractor Contact Info
Glenmont Commons Developers Representative Skip Levine was present at the 5/28/08 Annual Meeting and addressed the on-going issues with the front railings which frequently loosen with use and age.
Skip Levine stated that they would provide thier railing contractor to return and repair any loose railings this year one last time, free of charge to the Owner of the Unit. After this year, any future issues will be the responsibility of the individual Unit Owner, not the Developer or Glenmont Commons Homeowners' Association.
